Core Functions:To supervise, monitor, and manage the assigned area to achieve the desired results.Responsibilities:Perform independently the technical job as per the approved electrical/mechanical drawings provided.Perform the work such as maintaining, testing, commissioning, and repairing all types of elevators & amp;amp; escalators.Ability to read blueprints and schematics and maintain and repair the equipment accordinglyShould know all safety procedures at the sitePerform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and other contractual works as per the schedule, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.Report any abnormalities (interior as well as exterior), missing components, etc. observed, to the Supervisor.Carry out adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for elevators in the assigned area, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.Be aware of Massaed quality procedures, safe working procedures, work requirements, etc., and ensure 100% compliance to the company requirement. Attend any training / Communication / technical courses provided by the company.Should deal effectively and courteously with customers on a day-to-day basis. Critical issues are to be reported immediately to the Supervisor/ Manager.Any other duties, as directed by the Supervisor/ Manager that will help to improve the service delivery or business activities of Massaed in the field of service and repairs.Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE and abroad.

· Ensuring that all tasks assigned are completed with 100% accuracy.· Ensuring that all tasks assigned are completed on time.· Ensuring that all emails are responded on time.· Preparing the customer’s invoices daily.· Preparing the delivery documents for the shipment when required.· Saving the invoices and receipts on the server daily.· Ensure that required invoices are approved by your manager and released on time.· Sending the invoice prepared through emails to related employees.· Sending customer’s SOA when required.· Ensuring that no negative balance exists in the customers’ ledger.· Handling the petty cash.· Ensuring that required approvals are taken before releasing the petty cash.· Ensuring that petty cash is released on time based on approvals.· Make sure that the petty cash report is updated in SAP on time.· Ensuring that company fuel accounts always recharged to meet the requirements.· Arranging fuel cards/chips on company vehicles when required.· Preparing fuel and salik reports on month end and posting it in SAP.· To prepare Ad-Hoc reports asked by the manager.· Bank reconciliations to be completed on bi-weekly basis.· Ensuring that you will involve your direct line manager if required to complete your task.· Preparing and sending collection reports to the management daily.

Develop detailed project schedules with resources encompassing all areas required to complete the project.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptanceMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.
