Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Liner Hanger / Drilling Tools to lead the design, development, and optimization of liner hanger and drilling tool systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in downhole tools, well completion, and drilling operations with proven leadership in engineering and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of liner hanger systems and drilling tools to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
• Manage a team of engineers, designers, and technical specialists to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Provide technical expertise in downhole tool design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and field teams to enhance tool performance and solve engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and industry standards for liner hanger and drilling tool systems.
• Optimize engineering workflows, product lifecycle management, and cost-effective solutions for tool development.
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing tool designs.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, engineering reports, and operational guidelines for product deployment.
