- Oversee the maintenance of existing residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for snagging and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, notices, and registrations with RERA.
- Communicate effectively with existing tenants to address their needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from tenants.
- Identify and negotiate the purchase of new properties.
- Complete necessary documentation related to the purchase and registration of new properties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with a premium network of real estate brokers.
- Foster strong relationships with new clients and retain existing clients.
- Take clients to property sites and provide detailed explanations about the properties.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution.
- Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.
- Adhere to all governing laws and regulations during lease transactions.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports for management review.
