  • Maintaining and updating confidential files and records
  • Managing and prioritizing incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Handling the General Manager's expenses and financial records
  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of company events and functions
  • Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager
  • Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
