- Managing and coordinating the daily activities of the General Manager
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager and the executive team
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining and updating confidential files and records
- Managing and prioritizing incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Handling the General Manager's expenses and financial records
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of company events and functions
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager
- Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
