We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. � Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy:

 • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

 • Create accurate forecasts and budgets to support business growth.

 • Analyze financial data to guide decision-making.

Reporting & Analysis:

 • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

 • Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual) and suggest corrective actions.

 • Analyze key financial indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company performance.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

 • Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

 • Optimize treasury operations and banking relationships.

 • Ensure funds availability for business operations and expansion.

Compliance & Audit:

 • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT, and regulatory requirements.

 • Coordinate internal and external audits.

 • Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

Cost Control & Profitability:

 • Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

 • Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, or project.

Team & Collaboration:

 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement).

 • Lead, mentor, and supervise junior finance staff (if applicable).

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred).

 • 5+ years of experience in a financial management or accounting role.

 • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT, tax, and audit standards.

 • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems).

 • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

 • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.).
