Experience
· Implement an established project plan; monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
· Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.
· Analyse project requirements and perform standard technical calculations.
· Coordinates with the drafting team for the timely submission of engineering/workshop drawings and with the Procurement team for the timely delivery of materials
· Monitoring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
· Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory service standards.
· Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.
· Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the project's status to both the project team and external stakeholders.
· Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
· Coordinates resource allocation, material delivery, and invoicing
