Coordinating with formwork supplier for preparation of designs and drawings to fulfill the site requirements.
Prepare micro schedules and monitor the same to achieve the target as per the base line program
Raise the PR on time with considering the lead by proper resource planning
Advice, prepare the monthly cashflow required and need control the project under budget
Allocating general and daily responsibilities, Supervise and train workers and trades people
Monitor, Supervise & Ensure the use of machinery, equipment, manpower and resources are adequate and utilized upto its maximum
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Record, Monitor the wastages and ensure it remains within the tolerance
Report & Resolve the problems when they arise
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
