Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software. This includes creating work breakdown structures (WBS), defining project activities, establishing durations, and assigning resources.
Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and aligned with overall objectives.
Monitoring Progress:
Track project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays or issues, and proposing corrective actions.
Resource Management:
Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing resource allocation and utilization to meet project timelines.
Reporting:
Generate regular progress reports and performance indicators for management and clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Primavera P6:
Strong working knowledge of Primavera Project Planning software is essential.
Project Management Expertise:
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within engineering or construction projects.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Precision in project planning and execution to ensure accuracy and minimize risks.
