3 to 6 years UAE Previous experience in a similar role within the main contracting company .Key Responsibilities:Project Scheduling:Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software. This includes creating work breakdown structures (WBS), defining project activities, establishing durations, and assigning resources.Coordination:Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and aligned with overall objectives.Monitoring Progress:Track project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays or issues, and proposing corrective actions.Resource Management:Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing resource allocation and utilization to meet project timelines.Reporting:Generate regular progress reports and performance indicators for management and clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Primavera P6:Strong working knowledge of Primavera Project Planning software is essential.Project Management Expertise:Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within engineering or construction projects.Communication Skills:Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Attention to Detail:Precision in project planning and execution to ensure accuracy and minimize risks.
