Job Purpose:
The Front Office Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the Arada office in Sharjah. This role is key in representing Arada's brand and ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience for all. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and responsive, able to manage various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing information and guidance about the office and Arada's services.
- Client Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient experience for all guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly.
- Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, redirect calls as necessary, and manage messages accurately.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and ensure guests are directed appropriately.
- Visitor Management: Handle visitor sign-in procedures, including verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and notifying relevant staff of visitor arrivals.
- Appointment Scheduling: Maintain and organize the front office calendar, coordinating appointments and meeting room reservations as needed.
- Office Upkeep: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials such as brochures, forms, and office supplies.
- Security and Safety: Follow security protocols for guests and maintain a secure environment in the office premises.
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative duties like mail distribution, inventory management, data entry, and event support when needed.

- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Well-groomed and polished appearance, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a front office or customer-facing environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic is mandatory.
