We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) / Business Head – Automotive division, who will be responsible for driving sales, developing business strategies, and managing relationships with our various OEM partners. Candidate has to understand and pursue unique model of OEM-After-OEM, After Sales , Product Planning, Marketing - Leading Accessories / Product Development Division. The ideal candidate with a deep understanding of the automotive OEM landscape, a well-established network within key OEMs, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining long-term, successful relationships with strategic partners. In a B2B business critical role making a substantial contribution to the future growth of the company. Responsible for all corporate marketing, researching and product planning , including the delivery and results for a key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:
    Lead the sales strategy and execution across multiple OEM partnerships. Develop annual sales plans, set clear targets, and manage the execution of sales initiatives to achieve an exceed revenue goals.
  • OEM Relationships:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within major OEMs Leverage existing connections to enhance business opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Product Planning & Marketing Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and align our product offerings with industry demands.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    Ensure in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio and the automotive industry, supporting sales teams and OEM partners in product positioning and technical specifications.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management:
    Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and contractual obligations while driving profitability.
  • Team Management:
    Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance, motivation, and career development. Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Provide executive leadership with regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Develop strategies to ensure OEM partners are highly satisfied with our products, services, and overall business relationship. Resolve any issues or concerns proactively.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to OEM clients.
