Oversee the engineering process from conception to deployment.6. Ensure that engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.7. Represent the engineering department to senior management and external stakeholders.8. Plan, design, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and with the expected quality and reliability and identifying and mitigating any risk9. Lead the engineering team across different projects and ensure the engineering department is aligned with the company's overall OEM after OEM business model, which means: Fast, Easy to Plug and Play Simple12.  Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Design, SCM) and the GM in order to reach the company’s objectives by following its business model .13. Empower the engineering team by fostering a culture of accountability, responsibility, customer centricity and excellence.14.
