- Handle employee inquiries, provide information on HR policies, and address general HR-related issues.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development activities.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in managing employee attendance, leave requests, and performance records.
- Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
