  • Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee inquiries, provide information on HR policies, and address general HR-related issues.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development activities.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in managing employee attendance, leave requests, and performance records.
  • Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
