Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees
- Welcome new employees and provide them with an overview of the company, its culture, and their role
- Introduce new employees to their team members and manager, facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork and onboarding tasks
- Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements to management
- Assist Human Resources Manager in conducting periodic scan of industry standards and best practices in HR management and develop proactive recommendations for integration of appropriate practices.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data stored in employee’s files; both in electronic form and hard copy.
- Perform all other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by Human Resources Manager
