Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified IT candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate management, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals to leverage for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
