Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified IT candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate management, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals to leverage for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and metrics.
