As Human Resources Manager you partner with the Regional HR Manager in Europe, to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for human resources services, policies, and programs. You will guide decision making processes and positively impact the results of the organization by recruiting, developing, retaining and rewarding, the industry’s best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for operational human resource issues including job description development, hiring, retention measures, people development (e.g. succession planning), legal compliance, terminations, communications
• Guide managers in areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning & development, workforce planning, performance management and conflict management
• Work with the Regional Human Resources Manager and respective client groups to design organization structures and implement HR practices that support their strategic goals
• Implement short and long terms plans to ensure performance and innovation within the human resources department
The ideal candidate:
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in HR and/or equivalent
• + 5 years of working experience in HR in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid experience in labor law and labor relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, handling of conflicts
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
