International Global Construction business is hiring for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Amsterdam.
You will be joining a Leading Global Construction Employer. Based out of the Amsterdam Office you will be the HR Lead for Holland Working closely alongside the Regional Director & European HR Manager and the Global HR Director
To provide advice and guidance in relation Human Resources matters in line with the needs of the business, employment law and RQIA expectations
Main Duties
• To assist with the administration process for the recruitment procedure and ensure all documentation sent to candidates in a timely fashion.
• Organise onboarding and relocations for internal employees and new hires
• Check disclosure checks upon return to head office and record appropriately.
• Prepare letters of Offer for Induction training for new staff and finalize numbers attending the training, preparing attendance schedule for Induction training.
• Continually developing and improving the HR function
• Provide HR advice to management on a range of employment issues, including grievances, disciplinary and absence management
• Manage employee relations matters, including administration
• Attend meetings as and when required with Senior Management in Holland
• Monitor and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure they are regularly reviewed, followed and amended in conjunction with changing legislation.
Salary:
EUR 5,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Strong knowledge of local Dutch Employment Law & Legislation
• Currently based in the Netherlands and able to attend face to face interviews
