- Design and develop new HVAC products (Package Units, Condensing Units, Ducted Splits).
- Modify and enhance existing products for performance and efficiency.
- Manage work orders, Bills of Material (BOM), and technical specifications.
- Select and maintain the software database for HVAC product lines.
- Ensure compliance with AHRI, ESMA, SASO, ESTIDAMA, and MEW standards.
- Maintain certification records in relevant directories.
- Prepare technical data and equipment selection for DX Air Conditioning Equipment.
- Assist in technical product selection and quotation preparation.
- Collaborate with teams to address non-standard customer requirements.
- Conduct product comparisons, cost analysis, and competitor research.
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
- Optimize product selection software for efficiency.
- Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems and programming languages is a plus.
