Manage end-to-end procurement for HVAC components, especially AHUs and FCUs.Source reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for quality products and timely delivery.Evaluate technical specifications and ensure material compliance with project and client requirements.Review and process purchase requisitions in coordination with project, design, and engineering teams.Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance regularly.Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and quality control for material receipt and inspection.Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to avoid project delays.Prepare and maintain detailed records of procurement activities, including pricing, lead times, and contracts.Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding purchasing performance and cost efficiency.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and industry standards.

Design and develop new HVAC products (Package Units, Condensing Units, Ducted Splits).Modify and enhance existing products for performance and efficiency.Manage work orders, Bills of Material (BOM), and technical specifications.Select and maintain the software database for HVAC product lines.Ensure compliance with AHRI, ESMA, SASO, ESTIDAMA, and MEW standards.Maintain certification records in relevant directories.Prepare technical data and equipment selection for DX Air Conditioning Equipment.Assist in technical product selection and quotation preparation.Collaborate with teams to address non-standard customer requirements.Conduct product comparisons, cost analysis, and competitor research.Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.Optimize product selection software for efficiency.Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems and programming languages is a plus.
