· Perform diagnoses and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Conduct repairs, rebuilds and installation on a wide variety of industrial equipment including conventional machines, compressors, pressing machines, boilers, dynamometers, cranes, forklifts, valves, pumps, lifting jacks, machine tools, test benches, sandblasters, sweepers etc.

· Prepare hand sketches for various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in preparation for modification and/or capability enhancements.

· Perform diagnoses, troubleshoot and solve various interfacing issues that might occur between mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

· Assist the Supervisor, Maintenance to prepare job plans for various hydraulic repairs and installations using charts, past experience and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals.

· Assist the Supervisor, Maintenance with identifying the required spares for hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, repair and installation, and support them with generating the required purchase requests.

· Perform all required periodic hydraulic and pneumatic servicing and respond to emergency calls.
