* Development and modification of reports/queries/lobbies, IFS Quick Report, IFS Business Reporting, IFS Operational Reports using IFS Report Designer and external tools such as Crystal Reports

* Configuration of the IFS application through IFS Tasks, Approval Routines, Custom Events, Document Management, Custom Menus, Custom Objects

* Design and development of Modifications using IFS Aurena framework (Entities, Projections and Aurena client pages)

* Configure/develop web services which can expose business APIs (REST APIs) for exchange of information between systems

* Development of File based Interfaces using IFS Connect framework

* Ensure adherence to IFS best practices and maintain system documentation for customizations

* Support performance optimization and troubleshooting of customizations

* Review requirements, functional specification, and prepare technical design document

* Participate in testing, debugging, and deploying CRIM components in development, test, and production environments

* Collaborate with functional team and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

* Collaborate with IFS Apps 10 or IFS Cloud upgrade and patching processes, ensuring customizations are compatible

* User Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training as required.

* System Documentation: Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and process flows for reference and continuous improvement.

* Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements or system enhancements that may streamline operations, increase efficiency, or resolve recurring issues.
