1.Conduct BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS and NRP courses for healthcare professionals and First Aid CPR
2. Ensure all courses align with American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
3. Contribute to the development and standardization of the organization's resuscitation policies, training approaches, documentation, and auditing processes.
4. Attend code blue events when possible. Provide expert advice and support to code blue teams.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees who have received life support training.
6. Prepare operational plans and reports, including annual cardiac arrest statistics, validation of arrest calls, and training attendance.
7. Collaborate with other instructors and healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of the training program, including conducting bedside teaching and mock drills.
8. Foster strong working relationships to promote teamwork, innovation, motivation, and high standards of resuscitation practice.
9. Stay updated on new and evolving information pertinent to resuscitation practices and training.
10. Assist and educate on courses affiliated with resuscitation.
11. Support the Manager of Life Support Training in compiling annual reports concerning the life support training center.
