• Assist walk-in clients with design consultations, product selections, and layout ideas.
• Create design solutions tailored to customer requirements, with a focus on kitchens, doors, tiles, and outdoor areas.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting products and closing deals.
• Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to create visuals and layout proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep the showroom well-presented and updated with the latest design trends and products.
• Maintain client relationships for follow-up sales and referrals.
• Provide quotations, take measurements, and manage client records.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or sales within the home improvement or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, DND, tiles, and outdoor design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven personality with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
