The IT coordinator will provide technical support to staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT systems. This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT projects, and maintaining network security.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

• Deliver first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

System and Network Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
