The IT coordinator will provide technical support to staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT systems. This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT projects, and maintaining network security.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Deliver first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
System and Network Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Support the implementation of security protocols to ensure network and data integrity.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects, ensuring completion within timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and policies.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff to improve their IT skills and knowledge.
