Develop and maintain the IT portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
Demonstrated knowledge with project management methodologies (for example, PMI, and Agile) with experience involving the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects
Responsible for maximizing resource allocation based on resource availability and prioritized projects
Engage with stakeholders and provide regular updates on portfolio status and progress.
Facilitate the development of portfolio management processes and standards.
Lead portfolio review meeting business units and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between projects and business objectives.
Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize tools such as Jira to create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the portfolio’s health and progress.
Prepare and distribute reports on projects status, resource utilization and portfolio performance.
Mentor different teams and their backlog to ensure that all tasks are up to date and managed as per the agreed-on policies and procedures.
