Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain the IT portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with project management methodologies (for example, PMI, and Agile) with experience involving the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects
  • Responsible for maximizing resource allocation based on resource availability and prioritized projects
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide regular updates on portfolio status and progress.
  • Facilitate the development of portfolio management processes and standards.
  • Lead portfolio review meeting business units and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between projects and business objectives.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira to create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the portfolio’s health and progress.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on projects status, resource utilization and portfolio performance.
  • Mentor different teams and their backlog to ensure that all tasks are up to date and managed as per the agreed-on policies and procedures.
