Roles & Responsibilities
Working with project managers to maintain a central repository of project information (e.g. timings, budget, resource).
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of project scope and particulars i.e., time frames, financials, outcomes.
Collate projects into portfolios and programs of work.
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps) for topics required by the team. Track the open actions.
Providing ad-hoc information and support to stakeholders on project related topics.
Run small scale improvement topics.
Support with the development of best practice Project Management approaches and tools.
Track expenses and predict future costs.
Tracking benefit statements of projects.
Ensuring resources and equipment are always available for the team.
Running regular risk reviews and tracking actions.
Support project managers with onboarding – including training, system setup and general guidance.
Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested.
Administer access to ITPM tooling.
