Working closely with clients to gather and understand business requirements, challenges, and identify improvement opportunities in warehouse operational processes and management.
Perform implementation activities including training, process development, workshops, testing, deployment/go-live support and documentation.
Working closely with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to define the total solution.
Maintain product, industry knowledge and skills continuously.
Producing full functional specifications for extensions and configuration changes and complying with Infor documentation requirements.
Working self-sufficiently and collaboratively to ensure team goals are achieved
Design, development, implementation, and test of the WMS ref global standards
Support System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing
Provide training and guidance to users in use of WMS
Identify areas of improvement
Act as primary IT liaison with business functions and solution management
Developing the reports based on customer expectations.
