Plan, monitor, document, report and coordinate all International Trade Control-related activities ensuring compliance with all trade control regulations.
Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to improve the quality and delivery service of the function.
Manages all trade compliance risks.
Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of export-related activities.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Draft due diligence questionnaires and end-user certificates.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring open lines of communication and timely reporting.
Serves as subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Mentor, guide, and train junior staff on compliance-related matters.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Must be a Certified Export Compliance Officer.
Must have experience in Trading, Imports, Exports, Sanctions, and NFTS.
In-depth knowledge of application of Trade Regulation particularly to disruptive technologies such as Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
Sound knowledge of restricted party screening, export licensing, and knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations.
Experienced in drafting high-quality communication material and confident in reviewing all legal instruments.
