We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to manage logistics operations for our N45 project darkstore. The ideal candidate will oversee fleet management and ensure operational performance meets established KPIs.

• Monitor and manage Delivery Associate (DA) attendance.
• Follow up on late arrivals and absenteeism among DAs.
• Ensure driver availability and timely dispatch.
• Handle customer returns efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer complaints raised by the Customer Support (CS) team.
• Ensure all cash is deposited in the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) on the same day.
• Achieve key performance indicators, including:KPI Breach ≤ 0.3%
  100% adherence to DA turnout as per plan
  Zero Cash-on-Delivery (COD) pendency beyond 2+ days
  100% shipment closure
