Ensure that customer requirements are fully understood, recorded and attended to as per their expectations.
Ensure proper coordination with the drivers by assigning them tasks on a timely manner.
Ensure maximization /optimization of profits and resource utilization for profitability.
Ensure maintenance of our fleet by having proper check list and logbook.
Ensure that QHSE requirements, regulations of the country are fully understood and adhered.
Engage in business development activities, customer relationship, key account management, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that jobs are registered and controlled from acceptance stage to closure & making sure documents related to shipment movements are filed in job folders.
Co-ordinating between various stakeholders within the division and suppliers for meeting customer expectations and timely submission of job folders for invoicing & closing.
Provide leave coverage for staff & taking up responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
