Responsible for timely execution of maintenance / shutdowns Campaign Plan’s safely, efficiently and in good quality (Both Short Term and Long Term).
Managing ongoing maintenance / shutdowns Campaign and prepare for the next one.
Provide guidance to Discipline Supervisors to complete the maintenance / shutdowns Campaign in time.
Ensure that Work Permits are closed by the Discipline Supervisor’s on a timely manner.
Ensure that SAP PM Work orders are close by CONTRACTR’S Discipline Supervisor’s in a timely manner.
Timely Identification of Support Services, Consumables and informing COMPANY Job Officer.
Coordinate to meet Ad Hoc provisional requests from COMPANY Job Officer for Supply Consumables, Support Services as and when requested by COMPANY.
Coordinate to inform COMPANY the STATIC Equipment PM’s activities that have INSPECTION activity to be performed by COMPANY Inspection/Integrity Team. The same shall be done at least 60 days before the maintenance / shutdowns Campaign
Ensure preparation of JSA based in maintenance / shutdowns Campaign Scope.
Daily coordination meeting with COMPANY JO.
Ensure the Measurement Points for SAP PM Work orders (where applicable) are completed.
Ensure that maintenance / shutdowns Campaign backlogs are avoided.
