o Completes documentation, including logbooks, batch production, control records and any other record needed.

o Work according to the standard operating procedure of the machine and according to the process steps in the Batch manufacturing and packaging record.

o Sterilizes all equipment and keeps a safe and hygienic work environment.

o Weighs, measures, subdivides, and dispenses components.

o Labels new containers, all machines and rooms used during production.

o Performs yield calculations after each phase.

o Writes shift pass-off reports.

o Complies with all Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations and other company and industry policies and procedures.

o Perform sterilization and maintenance checks including cleaning out-of-place (COP), cleaning in-place (CIP) and servicing in-place (SIP).

o Operate the machinery safely and effectively for manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along production lines.

o Setup the production equipment and supplies before beginning a new batch.

o Keep production area in optimum clean conditions and according to cGMP standards to avoid accidental mix-ups & possible cross contamination. This applies to both: - Environment and area cleanliness.

-Personal hygiene of production personnel

o Responsible for machine change over from product to another product.

o Responsible for transfer of product from one step to another.

o Responsible for operating in any of the manufacturing or packaging machine or even manual packaging.

o Escalates any major issues to management.
