Execute Marketing and Communications duties in accordance with directions from the CMATK Commercial management on sales and marketing data management.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing function, for the effective analysis of Commercial Terminal performance on all services.
Responsible to deliver and execute plans relating to the company's communication, social media and promotion strategies.
Timely compilation of weekly/quarterly volumes and performances for CMATK via various presentation formats.
Actively lead social media promotions on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, for the company.
Collate and share with the Commercial Management, regular communication and updates on UAE port developments, the economy and market developments
Receive customers at CMA Terminals Khalifa Port and organise their agenda/port tour schedules as required.
Act as a trustful back-up for the sales and commercial teams in their absence and respond to customer queries.
Co-ordinate for necessary approvals from HO Communications management in case required.
