- Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
- Supports the sales team to improve customer relationships and the buying process.
- Maintains and manages influence relationships
- Designs and implements a digital marketing strategy with the goal of driving traffic and/or brand recognition.
- Creates successful social media campaigns to grow a brand’s audience
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Manages content creation on blogs, social media, and other media.
