Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in both organic and paid campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
You will be responsible for managing a team, developing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and aligning efforts with overall business goals to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic and paid) across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead strategic marketing sprints to support sales goals and seasonal promotions.
- Drive brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Oversee SEM/PPC campaigns via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
- Launch lead generation campaigns focused on attracting qualified prospects.
- Track and optimize campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI-focused outcomes.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external agencies.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Collaborate on content creation, branding, social media, and email marketing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and share insights with leadership.
- Continuously improve campaigns based on data and feedback.
