Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
Property Marketing & Promotion: List and market resale properties through various channels, including online portals, social media, and PSI’s network. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to prospective buyers. Create compelling property descriptions and marketing materials to attract interest.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations. Close deals efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Provide clients with accurate market insights to support their decision-making process.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in PSI’s CRM system. Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws.
