Promotes the company products to medical doctors in the allocated area in order to achieve the sales target.
Maintains and develops professional relationship with the medical doctors (doctor list will be not less than 150 doctors) that prescribe the company products, the no of doctors' visits not less than 10 per day and pharmacy not less than 7 per day.
Working days and as per the company's policy and labor law.
Promotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to Vieco strategy and action plan.
Organizes and conducts Product meetings and round tables.
Driving Performance - Has the responsibility to meet/exceed performance targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory through achievement of related Promotion Excellence KPls
Executing Customer Engagement Excellence - focuses on executing in-clinic Performance Action Plan by way of Customer Engagement Model, implements off-clinic promotional activities assigned to target Customers and thereby improves the Customer relationship
Ensures availability of products in the hospital accounts, chain pharmacies, and street pharmacies
Regular reports.
Provide daily activity logs to the safety team and senior leadership team.
Frequent "floor time" to interact with both associates and managers, providing coaching on observed at-risk work habits
