The Membership Consultant or Sales Executive is responsible for actively generating a specific number of sales on daily and monthly basis. He/she should permanently deliver highest levels of Customer care to ensure members’ satisfaction, loyalty and retention. The SE should also support the club in all sales and marketing events and activities, and should be open to additional tasks that are assigned by the management and that help increase membership number and members’ retention.
The SE should be highly motivated to deliver results at or above Company expectations in member acquisition and retention.
