Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dubai,UAE

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate cost estimations for MEP projects, considering materials, labor, and other associated expenses, and develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and implement effective cost control measures specifically related to MEP components of projects.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis to assess discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs and Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulations and standards in MEP projects.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline communication and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to quantity surveying activities.

Specific Preferences / Must Haves:

• Must have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction and MEP regulations.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Must have experience in using any of the ff. software: AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, Primavera P6, Blue beam Revu, and Navis works.
• Must have 4-5 years of relevant experience in the role, with a strong background in Quantity Surveying focusing on Fit Out and Construction Projects, within the UAE.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic preferred
• Age Range: 30-35 years.
• UAE Driving License required.
