Supervise MEP system installation activities, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to set standards and procedures. Supervise Sub-contractors, validate equipment performance, and ensure installations meet operational targets
· Supervise subcontractors' activities to ensure delivery of high-quality services within specified timelines, while providing regular progress updates to the line manager.
· Coordinate work schedules, oversee project execution, enforce safety standards, and promote team growth and development.
· Investigate reported issues, organize technician assignments, and oversee resolution processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Ensure adherence to work methods, quality standards, and safety guidelines by conducting inspections, guiding technicians, and participating in complex tasks when necessary.
· Evaluate specific tasks as directed, prepare reports with recommendations, and present findings to the line manager for necessary action.
· Ensure accurate documentation of all work activities by technicians and timely updates of service records to reflect progress.
· Supervise technicians, monitor work progress, and uphold quality standards for efficient and high-quality task completion.
· Anticipate material requirements, initiate material requests, and obtain approval from the line manager to ensure availability before scheduled tasks.
· Demonstrate understanding of refrigeration systems and components, interpreting basic diagrams as needed.
· Lead team in diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults in HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and cooling units.
· Perform preventive, corrective, and operational tasks in chilled water plants, including analyzing test results and implementing necessary measures.
· Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to support subordinate development.
· Monitor technicians' performance daily, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
· Implement quality assurance measures to uphold technical excellence.
· Facilitate communication between technical staff and other departments.
· Allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
· Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
· Conduct inspections according to schedules and protocols to ensure timely service delivery.
· Respond promptly to complaints and emergencies, implementing corrective measures as directed.
· Monitor operational efficiency of assets, ensuring compliance with standards and taking preventive measures as needed.
