Job Purpose:
The office manager ensures smooth operations within the workplace. Taking charge of maintenance, cleaning,
and general organization of the facilities under their remit which include the main office, reception and staff
accommodation. The office manager will provide support and direction to the Office Administration Coordinator
and any contractors involved in the aforementioned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration
Ensure the smooth running of Abu Dhabi office by managing the TWMA facility, workflow and Backoffice
coordination. Coordinate with contractors where necessary.
Manage the office expenditure and ensure that it meets the approved yearly budget.
Administer and process all Petty Cash transactions within the parameters of agreed terms with the
Global Finance Team i.e. receive or issue receipts and follow up reimbursement claims.
Monthly reconciliation of petty cash receipts and account balance report.
Ensure office administrator receives appropriate direction, management, training & opportunity
within the business.
HSEQ and regulatory compliance:
Follow all TWMA, work site and regulator procedures at all times.
Ensure safe working practices at all times.
