Provide support in order execution, including pre-trade controls and booking of the trades, ensure execution remains consistent, compliant and reliable.
Be in charge of the process of trade confirmations development and maintenance.
Establish and maintain trading setups with counterparties, including but not limited to facilitating KYC and related processes, coordinating the agreements sign off.
Actively participate in new products and project development.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure seamless counterparty support.
Control payment flow in regarding to trade execution/settlement, manage vendor and other relationships, engage in negotiations and facilitate preparation of agreements in relation to product business.
Accurately input and update data related to trades and counterparty information into the company's database or management system.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
Assist in data analysis and reporting by extracting relevant information from databases and generating reports as needed.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Organize and maintain physical and digital documents archives.
Provide support to counterparties and colleagues by responding to data-related inquiries and requests promptly.
Assist in document filing, retrieval, and report preparation.
Proven 10 years experience in financial reporting and compliance (in UAE preferred)
Familiarity with UAE’s relevant governmental standards and regulations.
Educational background in finance and economics or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Russian
