Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP implementation, customization, and support. The role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle ERP applications, ensuring they meet the evolving business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle ERP applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for Oracle ERP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- System Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions between Oracle ERP and other business systems.
- Customization: Customize Oracle ERP applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Database Management: Perform database design, optimization, and management to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, implementation, and support.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Understanding of system integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions is a plus.
