1. Should have a solid background of 7-10 years working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.

2. Should have been involved in at least 2 projects related to implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll specifically tailored to comply with UAE legislation.

3. Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll & developing Fast Formulas for payroll calculations is essential.

4. Good to have Experience in Absence Management & Global HCM

5. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently, adhere to project schedules, and prioritize delivering exceptional client service.

6. Proficiency in documenting various aspects of the project/ support including requirements, workflows, data requirements, and technical documents is required.

7. Ability to lead functional and technical design workshops related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration
