We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor with over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will oversee painting and coating operations, ensuring all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all painting and coating activities, including surface preparation, application, and finishing.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards (e.g., ISO, SSPC, NACE), and client requirements.

• Inspect surface preparation and paint/coating applications to verify adherence to quality and industry standards.

• Monitor and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team.

• Review and maintain documentation, including daily progress reports, quality inspection records, and material usage logs.

• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to project standards.
