Key responsibilities include preparing clearance documents, managing the shipment process and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries. The role also involves handling shipment discrepancies, damage claims, and updating internal systems.


  • Prepare and submit Clearance Documents to logistics teams.
  • Manage the shipment process for Perkins parts from the UK warehouse to UAE warehouses.
  • Track and update shipment status at every stage.
  • Provide inventory support for Perkins parts in UAE warehouses.
  • Address shipment discrepancies, manage damage claims, and handle short shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure timely submission of logistics invoices and maintain accurate shipment records.
