  1. Payroll Processing:Process monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
  2. Attendance & Leave Management:Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
    Calculate and process leave balances, vacation pay, and sick leave.
  3. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure payroll complies with local tax regulations and labor laws.
    Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings (e.g., tax reports, social security).
  4. Employee Queries:Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Data Management:Maintain and update employee payroll data, including salary adjustments and benefits.
  6. Reconciliation:Reconcile payroll-related accounts, including bank transfers, tax payments, and deductions.
  7. Confidentiality:Ensure the confidentiality of employee payroll information at all times.
