We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer (E&I) to join our team for Oil & Gas

construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling,

cost estimation, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed efficiently

and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling:
• Review and develop a detailed Resource Loaded Schedule for all E&I activities.
• Update and monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule.
• Calculate progress weightage and generate reports for invoicing.
• Prepare measurement reports and monthly invoicing.

Cost Estimation & Monitoring:

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for E&I components as per project specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing deviations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets, considering materials, labor, and other
• factors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine cost estimates.

Cost Control:

• Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.
• Conduct cost analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures.

Contract Administration:

• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contractual terms align with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Administer contract variations and resolve commercial issues.
