Source and procure non-food items (packaging, disposables, uniforms, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables).
Manage and evaluate suppliers, including price negotiation and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Issue and track purchase orders, follow up on delays, and resolve supply issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with warehouses and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Support procurement development initiatives by identifying process improvements, alternative suppliers, and efficiency opportunities.
Ensure all non-food items meet company quality, safety, and brand standards in coordination with Quality, Operations, and HSE teams.
Control costs and ensure purchases align with approved budgets and procurement policies.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Marketing teams to support business needs.
Support new store openings, promotions, and special projects with required non-food supplies.
Prepare procurement and supplier performance reports.
