Sales Strategy & Execution: You will support in developing sales plans and strategies, collaborating with account managers to ensure the right channels are targeted, and sales targets are met. You will work towards optimizing product placement and market penetration, driving growth across various reseller segments.
Vendor Relations & Fund Management: Manage and nurture relationships with vendors at multiple levels, ensuring that vendor marketing funds are utilized effectively and according to contractual agreements. If additional funding is required, you’ll be responsible for outlining the marketing plan and securing necessary approvals.
Marketing & Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with business goals. You will monitor the performance of these campaigns and events, ensuring they contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
Pipeline & Target Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are properly tracked, and closures are achieved. You will also assist in planning to meet sales targets and rebate objectives, ensuring the overall performance aligns with organizational goals.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to assess TLM’s market position, and competitor landscape, and identify areas of growth across various regions and channel segments. You’ll leverage this data to inform product strategies and improve market share.
